This is not a reproduction or reprint. This is an original poster that was meant to be displayed outside a cinema or in a lobby somewhere in the world. Some of these posters are limited runs, signed, stickered or a super rare style. Some carry the scars of being well loved, either way it will look great on your wall.

An very rare orignal 1976 New York Subway poster for the film Man Who Fell To Earth, a British sci-fi drama directed by Nick Roeg and starring David Bowie as an alien who comes down to earth in search of water to save his home planet. The poster is from the first U.S release and is linen backed for preservation and better display. These half subway posters were almost always issued as 'advances' to promote the film before release, hence the lack of credits. They were always printed in far fewer numbers, making them even more rare and harder to find.

The Man Who Fell To Earth (1976)

    Large (29.5" x 44") U.S half subway poster

Very good - linen backed.  Prior to backing this was a rolled poster intended to be displayed in a subway. It had some previous minor scuff marks and a little edge wear, which are barely noticeable and don't effect the overall display.

The picture you see is of the actual poster you are buying.
The metal magents on each corner are to hold the poster on the wall. They are not part of your purchase.
