Getting your poster delivered
Packaging
We take great care packing each item, which is different depending on the size and whether the poster is originally folded, rolled or flat. If the poster is already folded it will be packaged in a polythene bag and sandwiched between two pieces of card and then secured in a hardback packing card/envelope.
If the poster is rolled it will be packaged between sheets of acid free paper and secured inside a protective tube to avoid any movement and edge damage in transit.
We will package up to three flat/folded items, or three rolled items in any one package for the standard fees set below.
Delivery
We aim to post out on the day of the order using Royal Mail - special delivery, tracked and insured. Otherwise tracked 24. Please allow at least 3-4 days for delivery and 5-7 days for Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping anywhere in the UK, delivery by Royal Mail.

We may use other carriers to delivery to USA and rest of the world. Additional charges will be added , depending on size and method of packaging. Please ask for a quote at hello@coolwalls.co.uk.
Note: The buyer is responsible for any custom duty charges applicable for international shipments.
