RETURNS & REFUNDS
We’ve taken great care to make sure you know what your buying and in what condition.
The picture references for each poster enable you to check the edges and artwork in close up detail. Each picture you see is of the actual item you are buying.
If your poster arrives damaged from transit, or you have received the wrong item, then we will cover the cost of the return. If you are returning your poster for any other reason we are sorry but we are unable to cover the cost of the return. Also we will have to deduct 2.9% (in UK) or 3.4% (outside the UK) from your total refund if you have paid by PayPal. They dont give us back the fees we have to we pay as a seller when a refund is made.
Please get in touch as soon as possible, and return your purchase to the address we give you within 10 days of purchase. Please repackage your poster super carefully so that it returns to us in the same condition as we sent it. For customers returning goods from outside the EU, goods must be marked as ‘Returned goods with ZERO commercial value’. If you don’t do this, then you may be liable for import duty/taxes, which will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using recorded mail with insurance and postage in case anything goes wrong.
As long as the item is returned to us in the same condition that it was sent, then we will refund full purchase amount, excluding postage and packaging.
We will let you know as soon as we have received your return and refund the payment to your original payment method. If there is any issue with your return we will contact you.
