This is not a reproduction or reprint. This is an original poster that was meant to be displayed outside a cinema or in a lobby somewhere in the world. Some of these posters are limited runs, signed, stickered or a super rare style. Some carry the scars of being well loved, either way it will look great on your wall.

ADSKI 7.png

An ultra rare original 1965 special poster for the 1966 cult surf classic Endless Summer, a seminal documentary directed, filmed and edited by Bruce Brown. It follows two American surfers Mike Hynson and Robert August as they chase the everlasting Summer surf around the world.

They hit undiscovered  surf spots in Africa, Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa, and hang with the locals in Australia, New Zealand, Tahiti, Hawaii and California.

Before its general release in 1966 Brown promoted and screened his movie around small local venues, mainly in California using these small herald-like posters, which included the now iconic John Van Hamersveld art. This is  a piece of surf movie history and they're aren't many of these left around.
