An original Mondo limited run of 3/125 for the Alfred Hitchcock classic Rear Window, an American 1954  masterpiece of a mystery thriller about a man (James Stewart) who breaks his leg and is forced to stay at his home until he's better; during his boredom he shamelessly gets involved in some serious voyeurism, spying on his neighbours in a block across the street which leads to a startling revelation. The apartment complex seen in Rear Window was completely constructed on the Paramount Studios lot. . It reportedly cost an “unprecedented” $9000 to design and $72,000 to build. (About $728,000 total, when adjusted for inflation.) The final set included seven apartment buildings and three other buildings on the other side of the street. It also boasted 31 apartments.
