An original 1973 U.S one sheet poster for the film FM, an American music, youth film about the internal politics of a progressive Rock radio station. The executives want to turn the rating juggernaut into a money making machine, which goes down like a cup of cold sick with the roster DJ’s and staff.
Ok the film bombed at the cinema, but the soundtrack was a hit, selling millions. There’s concert performances by Linda Ronstadt and Jimmy Buffett, along with cameos by Tom Petty and REO Speedwagon. The theme tune was by Steely Dan!
Its directed by John A. Alonzo who was the DOP (director of photgraphy) on films like Scarface and Chinatown - Amazing right!
