A rare original 1972 French Moyenne movie poster for the release of Blacula, an American blaxploitation horror film directed by William Crain. It stars William Marshall in the title role.

Dracula turns Mamuwalde, an African prince, into a vampire and imprisons him in a coffin. Two centuries later, Mamuwalde, now Blacula, wakes up and begins wreaking havoc in 1970s LA.

Blacula was released to mixed reviews in the United States, but was one of the top-grossing films of the year which helped secure a sequel - Scream Blacula, as well as inspiring a wave of blaxploitation-themed horror films.
