A rare and collectible poster, printed in 1976 to promote the Yugoslavian theatrical release of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, a 1975 American film directed by Miloš Forman, based on the 1962 novel of the same name by Ken Kesey. The film is a darkly humorous look into the flawed psychiatric system of the 1960s. It stars Jack Nicholson as Randle McMurphy, a new patient at a mental institution, and features a supporting cast of Louise Fletcher, Will Sampson, Danny DeVito, Sydney Lassick, William Redfield while being the film debut for Christopher Lloyd and Brad Dourif.
